Refund policy
At Martins Inventory, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) must still be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
Swimwear Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective liner intact and must show no signs of wear.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues if inventory is available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
