Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume launches, pre-orders, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been placed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not ready to ship immediately. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Martins Inventory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available in select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
